• The apparel and accessories items on this site are not in inventory and are made to order.  They are customized with the Ancestry Brand Logo(s) based on your specific order variables.
• Because of this, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes and/or styles ordered.  We will be happy to exchange items that are flawed, defective, or wrong.   
• Please double check your order for accuracy before ordering.
